Satoshi Nakamoto Becomes 11th Richest Global Entity as Bitcoin Value Soars Past $2.3T

Satoshi Nakamoto, Bitcoin's pseudonymous creator, has surpassed Michael Dell to become the 11th wealthiest entity globally with an estimated $129 billion in Bitcoin holdings. This ranking shift follows Bitcoin's market cap surge to $2.34 trillion (£1.738 trillion), placing it as the world's sixth most valuable asset – ahead of silver ($1.63T) and Alphabet (Google's parent company).

Nakamoto's wealth derives from approximately 1.1 million BTC mined during Bitcoin's early days, which remain untouched since 2010. The revaluation occurred as Bitcoin's price reached $117,751.99, with daily trading volume jumping 52.72% to $59.32 billion. Warren Buffett now occupies the 10th position, creating speculation that Nakamoto could enter the top 10 if Bitcoin's price rises further.

The wealth assessment, sourced from CompaniesMarketCap, highlights Bitcoin's institutional adoption through ETF inflows. Notably, Buffett's previous dismissal of Bitcoin as 'valueless' contrasts sharply with Nakamoto's current standing. Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson fueled bullish sentiment by predicting a $250,000 Bitcoin price if U.S. regulatory bills like the GENIUS Stablecoin Act and CLARITY Act pass.
