Chainlink Achieves Historic Dual Compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Certifications

Decentralized oracle provider Chainlink (LINK) has become the first oracle platform to achieve both ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 Type 1 attestation, verified by Deloitte & Touche LLP. These certifications validate Chainlink's comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS) and robust security and operational controls, covering its Data Feeds (including Price Feeds, Proof of Reserve, and Net Asset Value) and Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP).

The timing aligns with a pro-crypto regulatory shift in the U.S., including the passage of the GENIUS and CLARITY Acts, positioning Chainlink to capitalize on real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. The protocol already secures over $90 billion in assets, holding 68% of DeFi's total value secured (TVS). Major institutions like J.P. Morgan, Mastercard, Fidelity, UBS, and SWIFT have integrated Chainlink's technology, with compliance expected to boost institutional adoption for use cases like cross-border payments and stablecoin servicing.

LINK's price has reacted positively, surging nearly 9% weekly amid the news, outperforming Bitcoin and Ethereum, which saw losses of 5% and 8% respectively. The token trades at $25, still 52% below its all-time high of $52.
