Dogecoin (DOGE) has secured a significant sponsorship agreement with Italian Serie C football club U.S. Triestina Calcio 1918, marking a major step into mainstream sports. The deal, facilitated by House of Doge—the commercial arm of the Dogecoin Foundation—and Brag House Holdings (NASDAQ: TBH), involves the iconic Shiba Inu logo being featured on the club's primary jerseys, secondary kits, shorts, and stadium LED boards.
Announced in October 2025, the partnership includes House of Doge and Brag House taking a controlling stake in the club, making it one of the first crypto-linked entities to own a European football team. The sponsorship will run through the 2025-2026 season and extend into the 2026-2027 season, ensuring sustained visibility for Dogecoin across European broadcasts and media.
House of Doge CEO Marco Margiotta emphasized the strategic importance, stating, "Dogecoin on the front of a historic club's kit keeps the brand in every match photo and broadcast. This is about visibility that turns into familiarity and then utility. That familiarity is another step to bringing the acceptance of Dogecoin worldwide."
Brag House CEO Lavell Juan Malloy II added, "Imagine the day when major college programs, across divisions, take the field with Dogecoin on their jerseys. That's not just sponsorship, it's symbolic of a movement where community, technology, and real-world ownership intersect." The collaboration aims to bridge crypto with mainstream culture, with additional branding on press conference backdrops and promotional materials.
