This new loyalty program rewards users for their on-chain activities, such as swapping, staking, funding, or holding assets, by turning their participation into lasting benefits through a tier system powered by Trust XPs (Experience Points) and the Trust Wallet Token (TWT).
The program addresses a core gap in self-custody by recognizing user loyalty, which has historically gone unrewarded. Unlike early Web3 quest programs that offered limited progression, Trust Premium shifts from "earn and forget" to "earn and unlock," providing visible progress and real utility. Users earn Trust XPs from everyday actions like daily check-ins, swapping, and funding their wallet, and progress through Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers.
Holding or locking TWT amplifies XP progress, unlocks higher tiers, and grants immediate in-wallet benefits, including gas fee savings, discounted swap fees (where supported), and priority access to upcoming features like Trust Alpha, exclusive campaigns, airdrops, and partner rewards. Eowyn Chen, CEO of Trust Wallet, stated, "In Web3, trust deserves value. Trust Premium recognizes the journey every Trust Wallet user takes... all while remaining fully self-custodial." She added that the program makes loyalty visible and on-chain, owned by users.
Benefits are applied automatically in the app, with features like zero gas fees on swapping to TWT and early product access rolling out soon. Trust Premium is now available in supported regions, and users can access a premium dashboard to track their XPs, tier status, tasks, and upcoming rewards.
