The Graph has expanded its services to support the TRON network with its Token API, providing developers with instant access to pre-indexed blockchain data. This integration builds on the earlier launch of Substreams on TRON, creating a combined toolset designed to simplify data access and reduce development timelines for projects.

With Token API now compatible with TRON, developers can retrieve real-time balances, price feeds across hundreds of trading pairs, swap activity, and DEX data from platforms such as JustSwap, SunSwap, and SunPump. This upgrade is tailored for teams working on wallets, DEXs, block explorers, payment processors, lending protocols, and portfolio tools, eliminating the need for weeks of custom infrastructure development.

Nick Hansen from The Graph Foundation emphasized that enterprises building on TRON can now rely on scalable and compliance-ready data infrastructure. Sam Elfarra from TRON DAO added that this collaboration empowers developers to build more sophisticated applications faster, leveraging TRON's network speed and scale.

For more demanding applications, developers can use Substreams with TRON-specific modules for custom data pipelines, ideal for AI, analytics, gaming, DePIN, and high-frequency trading. Regulated institutions can run Substreams on-premise to meet compliance standards.

TRON's ecosystem statistics highlight the need for robust data infrastructure: over $25 billion in daily transfer volume, more than 345 million user accounts, $76+ billion in circulating USDT, and over $24 billion in total value locked. Developers can already start using The Graph's Token API for TRON, with documentation publicly available, and the core team, Pinax, plans to expand support based on demand.
