Bybit, the world's second-largest cryptocurrency exchange, is marking its seventh anniversary with a $2.5 million reward program for its global community of nearly 80 million users. The celebration, running from November 26, 2025, to January 6, 2026, includes six themed prize pools where eligible users can win rewards through festive activities, sharing in Bybit's achievements over the years.
Rewards are distributed based on community engagement and user achievement in three tracks: Non-Stop Rewards with seasonal prize pools unlocked throughout the event, a Grand Prize Leaderboard where the top 7,777 participants share a large prize pool with a grand prize of $77,777, and Lucky Draws with a 100% chance of winning, offering prizes ranging from 0.7 USDT to 77 MNT per entry.
In regulatory advancements, Bybit EU officially obtained the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCAR) license in Austria, reinforcing its commitment to compliance in Europe. In the UAE, Bybit became the first crypto exchange to secure a full Virtual Asset Platform Operator License from the UAE's Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), following an in-principle approval early in 2025.
Bybit has also launched Byreal, a Solana-based decentralized exchange (DEX), which has achieved significant traction, ranking No. 5 by 30-day fees and revenue on DefiLlama's Solana DEX rankings with over $869 million in cumulative trading volume. The platform has expanded partnerships to over 40 projects across real-world assets (RWA), AI, infrastructure, and DeFi, and supports 13 xStocks tokenized equities.
Additionally, Bybit has enhanced its integration with Mantle, deepening strategic alliances to fuel advanced DeFi infrastructure development. The World Series of Trading (WSOT) 2025 set a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for the most participants in an online trading competition within 24 hours.
