Moca Network, a flagship project of Animoca Brands, has announced the beta launch of MocaProof, a gamified digital identity verification and reward platform. The platform aims to build the world's largest chain-agnostic decentralized digital identity network, leveraging blockchain technology to enhance data privacy and self-sovereignty.
MocaProof enables privacy-preserving credential verification, allowing users to prove ownership, participation, and qualifications across various on-chain and off-chain ecosystems without disclosing raw or identifiable information. The platform is integrated with Moca Network's AIR Kit and the proprietary Moca Chain to facilitate reusable, interoperable, and verifiable identity data. Key technical features include zero-knowledge proofs, decentralized data storage, on-chain monetization, and single sign-on functionality.

The platform includes a credential proof marketplace where users can explore and verify credentials across categories such as influence, finance, loyalty, and activity. All credentials are issued by verified partners and validated using zkProofs to ensure data integrity and interoperability.
A unique gamification element is the virtual companion named Mocat, which provides a personal visualization of a user's verified credentials. As users verify more credentials, their Mocat evolves with different traits reflecting the growth and rarity of their verified data. This evolution also unlocks rewards based on the Mocat's rarity.
An incentive framework will allow users who verify their credentials through MocaProof to claim rewards starting from the official launch. Verified users can earn MOCA Coin (MOCA), airdrops from Moca Network's partners, and AIR SP (stablecoin-backed loyalty points spendable in the AIR Shop).
The MocaProof beta is currently available on the Moca Chain Testnet, with a scheduled transition to mainnet later in 2026. To commemorate the launch, a month-long campaign featuring NFT-related credentials and an NFT competition will offer a reward pool equivalent to US$50,000.
