Asset manager WisdomTree reported a record $144.5 billion in total assets under management (AUM) at the end of 2025, a 30% year-over-year increase. Within this total, the firm's crypto AUM stood at $2.24 billion as of December 31, 2025. While this figure is down from nearly $3.2 billion at the start of the quarter due to market valuation changes, it represents a significant increase from the $1.9 billion reported in Q4 2024.
The firm's financial performance was strong, with Q4 revenue reaching $147.4 million, up 33% year-over-year, and adjusted earnings per share of $0.29 beating analyst estimates. CEO Jonathan Steinberg emphasized that digital initiatives are now core contributors to momentum, stating, "What were once emerging initiatives, including models, tokenized assets and private markets, are now real businesses contributing to momentum today while still early in their growth."
A major driver is the explosive growth of WisdomTree's tokenized assets. The firm reported tokenized AUM of $770 million by year-end 2025, a 25-fold increase from the previous year. This includes tokenized versions of its flagship U.S. debt money market fund, equity products, and other offerings. The firm manages approximately $780 million across its on-chain deployments.
WisdomTree has adopted a multi-chain strategy, launching funds on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, Optimism, Stellar, and, most recently, Solana. Adoption metrics show over 3,500 active wallets holding tokenized products on its WisdomTree Prime and Connect platforms. The firm's global AUM continued to climb in early 2026, reaching $160.8 billion by January 28.
