ProCap Financial, the Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin-native and AI-focused firm led by Anthony Pompliano, has announced a strategic partnership with prediction market platform Kalshi. The collaboration marks the launch of the first institutional-grade research product built entirely around prediction market data, which will be powered through ProCap's ProCap Insights platform.
This is the first instance where Kalshi is supplying its real-time prediction market data directly to a paid financial research provider. The goal is to integrate the "wisdom of the crowds" from prediction markets with AI-powered analysis to generate superior investment insights. ProCap Insights utilizes AI agents to process massive data volumes, running agentic debates to pressure-test conclusions before publishing research reports. The new offering will cover individual prediction markets, platform trends, identification of mispriced contracts, and data-driven investment strategies.
Anthony Pompliano, Chairman and CEO of ProCap Financial, stated that combining real-time market signals with AI analysis will deliver sharper insights to help independent investors make better financial decisions. Tarek Mansour, co-founder and CEO of Kalshi, described prediction markets as tools that turn uncertainty into actionable signals, bringing crowd-sourced intelligence directly into financial research.
The partnership is bolstered by Kalshi's demonstrated data accuracy. According to a study by Kalshi Research, its prediction markets have outperformed Wall Street consensus by 40% across various conditions and successfully predicted 85% of inflation reports a full week in advance.
Concurrently, ProCap continues to aggressively accumulate Bitcoin on its balance sheet. Following a strategic merger in June 2025, the firm currently holds 5,457 BTC and projects future crypto-asset acquisitions of up to $1 billion. The company also recently acquired CFO Silvia, an AI agent laboratory, to optimize financial decision-making through automated processes.
Kalshi's involvement comes as the platform expands its regulated footprint in the United States after winning key legal battles against the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). This allows it to offer contracts on events like elections. Furthermore, Kalshi has broader ambitions to enter the crypto trading arena, with plans to launch Bitcoin perpetual futures, positioning itself as a regulated derivatives option for U.S. traders.
The union between ProCap and Kalshi is being framed as the birth of "agentic finance," a synergy between digital assets, artificial intelligence, and prediction markets that aims to redefine value generation and research in the Web3 era.
