ZIGChain has announced an integration with Ondo Finance to bring Ondo’s tokenized US stocks and ETFs to its ecosystem, significantly expanding onchain access to institutional-grade financial products, particularly for users in the GCC region. The integration, revealed on June 8, 2026, marks a major step in ZIGChain’s mission to make high-quality, real-world assets accessible to a broader audience without traditional barriers like minimums and intermediaries.
Through this collaboration, ZIGChain connects to Ondo Global Markets, the platform that pioneered the tokenization of US securities. Users across the ZIGChain ecosystem will be able to gain exposure to publicly traded US equities via programmable, onchain representations. The rollout will begin in phases from late May 2026, with initial availability across selected ecosystem applications and partners, expanding over time. Importantly, ZIGChain does not custody the underlying real-world assets; those are issued by Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited, and the integration does not constitute a token launch or guarantee of yield.
This integration deepens ZIGChain’s real-world asset (RWA) stack, complementing existing partnerships with Valdora Finance’s Liquid RWA Vaults and Beehive’s tokenized SME private credit pipeline. Together, these three verticals—tokenized public equities, liquid yield vaults, and private credit—position ZIGChain as a regulated onchain layer for distributing existing, reliable financial products to everyday users.
Abdul Rafay Gadit, Co-Founder of ZIGChain, emphasized that the next phase of onchain finance is about making institutional instruments genuinely accessible through transparent, scalable infrastructure. Oya Celiktemur, EMEA Director at Ondo Finance, highlighted that this deal expands Ondo’s distribution into a strategically important region where demand for US equity exposure is strong but access has been constrained. The move aligns with the broader 2026 trend of tokenized equities spreading beyond crypto-native venues, with recent integrations by MetaMask, Trust Wallet, and KuCoin Web3 Wallet, and even Binance launching its own equities products the same month.
