Zama has listed its native ZAMA token on Revolut across the European Economic Area, providing the privacy-focused blockchain project with access to a fintech platform serving over 70 million customers, including 15 million active crypto users. The integration allows existing Revolut customers to buy and hold ZAMA directly within the app without additional identity checks, with trading fees starting at zero. Users can also withdraw the token to self-custody wallets, thanks to Revolut’s on-chain transfer support in the region.
The listing expands Zama’s reach significantly, as the project builds confidential blockchain infrastructure using fully homomorphic encryption (FHE). This technology enables smart contracts to process encrypted data—such as balances, transaction amounts, and financial positions—without exposing the underlying information. CEO Rand Hindi has described the approach as an “HTTPS moment” for on-chain privacy, bringing confidentiality to applications on public networks like Ethereum without requiring separate privacy chains.
Zama’s FHE technology has already been deployed in live financial products. In February 2026, the project held a sealed-bid Dutch auction for ZAMA tokens, keeping over $121 million in bids encrypted on Ethereum mainnet. More recently, in June, Zama partnered with Morpho and Steakhouse Financial to launch a confidential DeFi vault on Ethereum, where user deposits remain encrypted while generating yield. By mid-July, the vault held $23.23 million in confidential USDC. Additionally, the acquisition of TokenOps in May expanded Zama’s infrastructure into encrypted token distributions for institutions.
The Revolut listing places ZAMA alongside traditional banking and investment services, bridging mainstream finance and blockchain privacy. A planned Learn & Earn campaign will further educate Revolut’s user base on the importance of on-chain confidentiality for mass adoption. With zero-fee trading and self-custody options, the listing aims to lower barriers for both retail and institutional users to participate in Zama’s encrypted financial ecosystem.
