Digital asset research firm BitMine co-founder and chairman Tom Lee suggested that the current week may present a significant upside opportunity for Bitcoin. In a post on X, Lee pointed to historical data showing that a large portion of Bitcoin’s annual gains often occurs within a small number of trading sessions, which he calls the ‘10 best days’.
Lee cautioned that missing these high-performing days could dramatically reduce overall returns. He advised long-term investors to favor a consistent holding strategy over trying to time the market’s exact bottom. The pattern is not unique to Bitcoin; similar concentration of gains has been observed in traditional equity markets.
Separately, technical analysts noted that Bitcoin has resumed its longer-term bull trend after a period of consolidation. The breakout above key resistance saw BTC reclaim its 50-day and 200-day moving averages, while the relative strength index indicates bullish momentum without being overbought. This shift comes amid increasing institutional interest and clearer regulatory frameworks in several jurisdictions.
Although volatility remains likely, market watchers view the structure as more positive. Investors are encouraged to focus on fundamentals and personal risk tolerance rather than attempting to predict short-term swings.
