EDGE Markets has partnered with ProphetX, a federally regulated sports exchange platform in the United States, to integrate its private settlement network EDGE Connect into the exchange’s funding rails, the companies announced on Aug. 25, 2026.
Through the EDGE Boost banking product, eligible ProphetX traders can now make deposits in real time around the clock, 365 days a year, with daily limits of up to $1 million and no deposit fees. EDGE Connect operates on FedNow rails and settles funds in near real time, while deposit accounts are FDIC-insured and separate trading capital from everyday finances.
The integration addresses delays in traditional banking during nights, weekends and live market events. ProphetX joins Kalshi and Polymarket as exchanges that have already adopted EDGE Connect. EDGE Markets recently closed a $29 million Series A led by CoinFund, with participation from Indicator Ventures, Mantis VC, Stepstone Group and Bullpen Capital. Since launching EDGE Boost, the company says it has processed more than $2 billion in transactions.
“The most active traders are no different from sophisticated participants in any other vertical: they need fast, reliable access to their capital on their schedule, not the bank’s,” said Seni Thomas, founder and CEO of EDGE Markets. Dean Sisun, CEO and co-founder of ProphetX, said FDIC-insured deposit accounts, real-time fund movement and higher funding limits are “critical infrastructure for our active traders as this market matures.”
EDGE Boost also includes responsible trading features, and its pilot program linking cashback rewards to responsible trading tools saw a 97% opt-in rate among users, according to the companies.
