Bittensor’s TAO has regained market attention after breaking above a months-long bullish flag, recording three straight sessions of gains and shifting short-term control toward buyers. The breakout ended a consolidation phase that had restricted price action since mid-March, and traders are now watching whether the token can hold above former resistance to confirm the bullish structure.
On the daily chart, TAO is trading above several major exponential moving averages and was testing the 200-day EMA near $237. A sustained move above this level could strengthen the recovery and improve the chances of a push toward $290.
Derivatives data adds a third signal. Open Interest increased during the latest 24-hour period, while long positions reached 69%, indicating stronger trader exposure and rising bullish momentum. However, crowded longs also increase liquidation risk if sentiment shifts.
The Liquidation Map highlights $290 as a major liquidity zone, with roughly $53.59 million in liquidity clustered near that level. That makes $290 an important upside target for bulls, provided leverage remains manageable and TAO does not fall back inside the previous pattern.
