Zoomex, a global cryptocurrency derivatives platform founded in 2021, has expanded its prediction markets offering, placing a stronger emphasis on long-term event contracts that let traders take positions on multi-month and multi-year crypto industry questions. The platform organizes its prediction markets into four time horizons: 5 Minute, 15 Minute, 4 Hour, and Long-Term. At the time of the announcement, 70 markets were live, with the Long-Term category accounting for 49 of them, the largest segment.
Short-term markets remain active. Zoomex reported that Bitcoin’s 5-minute Up or Down market showed 28% sentiment toward Up with about $11 million in trading volume, making it the most active market on the board. Ethereum and XRP each had 13% Up sentiment, with volumes of roughly $356,000 and $55,000 respectively. Solana and Dogecoin both sat at 6% Up on $154,000 and $13,000 in volume, while HYPE stood out at 56% Up on $533 in volume.
In the Long-Term category, Zoomex highlighted several markets: Will HYPE flip SOL by December 31? was priced at 9% Yes with $224,000 in volume; Will China unban Bitcoin by 2027? had $1 million in volume and only 2% Yes pricing; Bitcoin vs. Gold vs. S&P 500 in 2026 had $917,000 in volume with Bitcoin at 19% and Gold at 25%; and Will MicroStrategy announce bankruptcy before 2027? was priced at 3% Yes with $203,000 in volume. Markets tied to Satoshi Nakamoto’s identity were priced at 2% Yes each, with $23,000 and $2 million in respective volumes.
Zoomex said each long-term contract is priced as a share of its eventual full payout. A €100 position in the China unban Bitcoin market at 2% Yes would target a payout near €5,000 if the outcome resolves Yes, while the same stake in the HYPE flip SOL market at 9% Yes would return roughly €1,011 in profit, excluding fees and spread. The exchange emphasized that users can adjust or exit prediction shares before an event resolves. Zoomex serves over 3 million users across more than 35 countries and regions, offers 700+ trading pairs, and holds regulatory registrations including U.S. MSB, Canada MSB, U.S. NFA, and Australia AUSTRAC.
