XRP is trading near $1.57, while analyst Ali Martinez has outlined a highly conditional long-term scenario that could eventually target $60 based on a long-running ascending triangle on XRP’s monthly chart.
According to Martinez, the critical confirmation is a monthly close above $3.66. Until that level is secured, the $60 target remains a technical extension rather than a near-term forecast. At around $1.57, XRP would need to climb roughly 133% just to reach the breakout threshold.
Before that, the more immediate challenge is lower: XRP has recently tested the $1.60–$1.66 region but has struggled to hold above it. Martinez has also published a nearer-term setup targeting about $2.00 if XRP breaks decisively above the $1.57–$1.60 area.
His sequence of levels is: $1.57–$1.60 as immediate resistance, $2.00 as the near-term bullish target, $3.66 as the long-term breakout trigger, $9.49–$31.87 as higher technical extensions, and roughly $60 as the final measured target. A move to $60 would imply a multi-trillion-dollar XRP valuation, so the scenario should be treated as an extreme long-term outcome rather than an expected next move.
