Bybit has rolled out two new initiatives focused on user engagement and expanded derivatives trading. On September 28, 2026, the exchange officially launched ByPicks, a free-to-play feature allowing users to make picks across crypto, sports, and esports. Participants can earn points toward a 100,000 USDT Leaderboard Prize Pool, and the launch was announced through Bybit’s official account on X.
The following day, Bybit expanded its TradFi Perp Options lineup with six new underlying assets: Tesla, Invesco QQQ (Nasdaq 100 ETF), Direxion Semiconductor Bull 3X ETF (SOXL), Micron Technology, SK Hynix, and Sandisk. This brings the total number of available tickers to eight, following the product’s initial launch on September 17, 2026 with SpaceX and NVIDIA. The move follows earlier Bybit engagement campaigns such as the PONS token and an RWA chart guessing game.
Alongside the expansion, Bybit opened the Wall Street Blue-Chip Options Challenge, running until October 27, 2026. The promotion offers two reward tracks: a 5,000 USDT new-user first-trade pool, paying 5 USDT to each of the first 1,000 qualifying traders, and a volume challenge with a prize pool of up to 65,000 USDT. The volume pool unlocks in tiers based on collective trading volume and is distributed to the top 50 traders by individual volume.
Bybit Perp Options provides round-the-clock access to global equity options directly from USDT-funded accounts without a separate broker or options-approved brokerage account. Traders can select a ticker such as TSLA, NVDA, or SPCX, choose an expiry date and strike price, and buy or sell calls or puts. Contracts settle automatically in USDT at expiry, use European-style settlement with no early assignment, and support fractional lot sizes, naked options, combo strategies, and cross-margin through Bybit’s Unified Trading Account.
The exchange says it is trusted by more than 80 million users worldwide. The new features highlight Bybit’s strategy to deepen user activity and broaden access to traditional financial markets through crypto-native infrastructure.
