The Sui network logged another week of broad ecosystem activity spanning decentralized finance, tokenized real-world assets, AI-driven yield products, trading infrastructure, and community incentive programs, according to a weekly recap published on September 29, 2026.
DeFi and real-world assets were a central theme. DeepBook launched its DeepBook App Alpha, adding a new trading interface to Sui's financial infrastructure. Ember Protocol and Bluefin introduced PPLUS through a Premium+ RWA Vault, enabling supply and collateral functions for tokenized real-world assets. Suilend also listed PPLUS, widening collateral options. Haedal Protocol surpassed $1 million in Lending Vault liquidity and raised its caps to 700,000 SUI and 700,000 USDC, increasing lending capacity.
Trading and AI infrastructure continued to develop. Zofai Perps returned to the top two perpetual DEXs on Sui, recording $3.58 million in 24-hour volume and $50.4 million in 30-day volume. DeepTrade adjusted gasless trading quotas and whitelisted more than 320 active traders. Talus Labs introduced a refreshed brand and website with a focus on AI agents, verification, and guardrails.
Incentives and asset access added another layer. YosoSocial launched a first-come, first-served quest and partnered with Turbos Finance around a $20,000 TURBOS reward pool. Hudi's community listing process narrowed to four finalists: AAPL, Meituan, Xiaomi, and Ecopro. LoquaApp also released a redesigned website and rebuilt interface.
Across the ecosystem, the reported 757,800 SUI bought back year-to-date offered a measurable signal of ongoing network activity as multiple products advanced simultaneously across liquidity, trading, RWA, and AI categories.
