The third edition of Unchained Summit India will take place on 5–6 November 2026 at Courtyard by Marriott, Mumbai, bringing together leaders from financial markets, digital assets, law, technology and the Web3 ecosystem. The event will focus on the regulatory, financial and technological forces shaping India’s onchain economy, with more than 50 speakers scheduled to participate.
Speakers include S B Seker, Head of APAC at Binance; Sumit Gupta, Founder of CoinDCX; Ashish Singhal, Co-Founder of CoinSwitch; Dilip Chenoy, Chairperson of Bharat Web3 Association; Kunaal Patel, Head of Institutional – Asia & MENA at Ondo Finance; Rajagopal Menon, Vice President at WazirX; and leaders from Base, Polygon Labs, NEAR and Alchemy. Day one will examine India’s digital asset markets, crypto investing and trading, macroeconomic trends, regulation, tokenisation, stablecoins, payments and settlement, as well as compliance, custody and liquidity requirements for institutional participation.
Day two will focus on infrastructure and applications supporting Web3, including scalability, interoperability, AI, decentralised physical infrastructure and digital trust. Participants from SingularityNET, Startale Group and NEAR Foundation will explore the intersection of AI and Web3. Rohan Bagai, Senior Partner at AZB & Partners, said India’s regulatory framework was not designed with crypto or Web3 in mind, adding that the real question is whether India can continue regulating an asset class its laws have never fully defined.
