Hyperlane's native token HYPER has experienced an explosive 500% price surge within 48 hours following listings on major South Korean exchanges Upbit and Bithumb. The interoperability protocol's token reached an all-time high of $0.689 on July 11, 2025, after trading at $0.116 just days prior.
The catalyst was Bithumb's new KRW trading pair and Upbit's expanded listing, which triggered trading volume to skyrocket by over 1,600% to $3.87 billion. This propelled HYPER to become a top daily gainer on CoinGecko, with market capitalization swelling from $20 million to $95 million during the rally.
Technical indicators showed the rally originated from a June 22 low of $0.0866, establishing higher lows throughout early July. Despite bearish RSI divergences signaling temporary pullbacks (including a 21% retracement from peak), the On-Balance Volume (OBV) continued rising, indicating sustained demand. Analysts identified $0.442-$0.482 as a critical demand zone for potential entries.
Market interest surged with Google Trends data showing peak searches for "Hyper Token" and HYPER trending on CoinGecko. Nansen analytics revealed top 100 holders accumulated 93.2 million tokens since July 8. However, concerns persist as only 8-17.52% of HYPER's total supply is circulating, with monthly unlocks of 1.2-1.5% beginning July 22 that could create selling pressure.
