According to recent data from Santiment, developer engagement within the Solana ecosystem has increased significantly over the past month, highlighting the network's expanding role in DeFi, infrastructure, and cross-chain applications. Solana (SOL) maintained a dominant lead with a developer activity score of 96.67, far outpacing other projects.

The rankings, based on GitHub commits and code contributions, show Wormhole (W) in second place with a score of 27.67, followed by Drift (DRIFT) at 21.07. Swarms (SWARMS) saw a sharp jump to 18.73, reflecting growth in decentralized AI and data-sharing, while Pyth Network (PYTH) recorded a slower pace at 18.63, indicating a decline from previous months.

Notable risers in the rankings include Drift, Swarms, Helium (HNT), Orca (ORCA), and Marinade (MNDE), while Pyth Network and Metaplex (MPLX) fell. Solana, Wormhole, and JTO remained unchanged, underscoring consistent core development. The data suggests this uptick is driven by steady product evolution rather than market speculation, signaling a maturing ecosystem that could rival Ethereum's Layer 2 networks in innovation diversity.
