The funds will be used to enhance VideoTutor's AI animation engine and educational tools, accelerating research and development.

The company transforms text into intelligent learning videos through AI tutors, creating personalized lessons that replace static materials with dynamic, generative content. This round follows a $1 million pre-seed investment in May 2025, highlighting rapid growth driven by increasing demand for scalable, high-quality AI education solutions.

YZi Labs, known for investments in Web3 and deep-tech startups, is deepening its focus on AI software, signaling confidence in AI-powered education's potential.
