CARV Launches Cashie 2.0 with x402 Integration to Monetize Social Engagement on Base

CARV has unveiled Cashie 2.0, a major upgrade to its programmable on-chain layer designed to transform social capital into verifiable economic value. The core innovation is the integration of the x402 protocol, which enables gasless, automated rewards for social engagement. This release marks a significant step in CARV's broader vision for sovereign AI Beings and an agent-driven economy.

The Cashie 2.0 system is built on a "Three-Pillar Bridge" architecture. The first pillar, x402 Payment ('The Pledge'), allows projects or key opinion leaders (KOLs) to pledge funds to a campaign using a single ERC-3009 signature, creating an on-chain proof of commitment without manual gas payments. The second pillar, CARV ID ('The Proof'), acts as an identity oracle, mapping social media actions (like a retweet) to on-chain identities to verify engagement. The third pillar, ERC-8004 Agent ('The Executor'), is an AI-powered agent that autonomously executes campaigns using modular tools for payment verification, social monitoring, and reward distribution.

For developers, CARV is introducing a new agent-native stack. This includes the open-sourced CARV x402 Facilitator—a high-performance verifier to prevent signature replay attacks—and an AI-native HTTP API. This API allows other AI agents to programmatically "hire" Cashie to run campaigns, enabling agent-to-agent social commerce. Furthermore, Cashie 2.0 offers universal ERC-20 token support via a txhash-based verification API, ensuring compatibility with the entire Base ecosystem, even for tokens that don't support gasless approvals.

To drive adoption, CARV is launching a Cashie 2.0 Creator Campaign with a $45,000 prize pool to incentivize creators and participants. The platform is positioned as a core component of CARV's modular agentic infrastructure, which also includes CARV ID (ERC-7231) and the Model Context Protocol (MCP). CARV reports a substantial existing footprint with over 8 million CARV IDs issued, 60,000+ verifier nodes, and 1,000+ integrated projects.
