3Commas, a leading cryptocurrency trading automation provider, has officially unveiled QuantPilot, an AI-driven platform designed to simplify the creation and execution of quantitative trading strategies. The company announced the opening of an early access waiting list at quantpilot.com, targeting experienced retail traders seeking institutional-grade tools without the need for coding expertise.
The launch reflects a significant industry shift toward automation and data-driven decision-making in crypto markets. Historically, developing systematic trading strategies required programming skills or access to specialized quant teams, limiting participation despite growing demand for algorithmic tools in volatile conditions. QuantPilot aims to bridge this gap by allowing users to describe strategies in natural language, which the platform's AI then translates into executable models, complete with integrated backtesting and optimization features.
The platform is built around an agent-based architecture, utilizing autonomous AI agents to manage the full strategy lifecycle—from research and modeling to testing and execution. Its core components include: AI Strategies for converting plain-language inputs into models; AI Research, which aggregates and analyzes market data from sources like CoinMarketCap, DefiLlama, and CryptoQuant; and the Hyperliquid Terminal, enabling direct trade execution on the Hyperliquid protocol within a unified interface.
QuantPilot supports an end-to-end quantitative workflow. Users can conduct market research using price and alternative data, simulate performance via historical backtesting, refine strategies through automated optimization, and deploy them directly to supported venues, starting with Hyperliquid.
A notable addition is the QuantPilot Arena, a competitive environment featuring gamified strategy-building events. The inaugural "Backtesting Season 1" ranks participants based on simulated performance, aiming to boost engagement and create a dataset of crowd-sourced strategies.
The platform is currently in early access, with final pricing and features still in development. However, a paid VIP tier is already available: a $5,000 lifetime badge grants beta access, participation in Arena events, and entry to a private user group with long-term account privileges.
