Bitget has announced the launch of TradFi 101, a long-term educational initiative aimed at helping crypto-native investors understand traditional financial markets. The program is designed to address the growing convergence between digital assets and conventional finance, equipping users with essential knowledge as tokenized assets and multi-asset investing become mainstream.
The curriculum consists of six structured modules: Financial Foundations: Rediscover TradFi, Asset Encyclopedia: Your Global Wealth Checklist, Market Mechanics: How Trading Happens, Macroeconomics: The Invisible Hand, Risk & Human Nature: The Trader's Mindset, and Universal Exchange: The Final Form of Finance. Across these modules, participants will work through 100 key financial questions presented in simplified lessons tailored to crypto audiences. The program also includes weekly educational content, community engagement, and assessments.
Bitget CEO Gracy Chen emphasized the importance of financial literacy in an interconnected market: "Crypto investors today pay attention to interest rates, inflation, equities, commodities, and global liquidity alongside digital assets. As tokenization expands access to financial markets, understanding how these systems work together becomes increasingly important."
The initiative is an open industry collaboration, with current contributors including Coin Bureau, CoinGecko, and TradingView, and additional partners expected to join. TradFi 101 aligns with Bitget's vision of a Universal Exchange, where users can access over 2 million crypto tokens, 10,000+ US stocks, 500+ tokenized equities, ETFs, commodities, forex, and precious metals—all within a single platform.
The final module focuses on this convergence, exploring how tokenization is breaking down barriers between traditional and digital assets, and preparing traders for a future where both coexist seamlessly.
