TrueDAO, an AI-driven decentralized autonomous financial infrastructure project, announced on July 10, 2026, the successful completion of a $10 million strategic funding round. The investment was led by Brevan Howard Digital, with additional participation from Zee Prime Capital and Jump Capital.
The funds will be allocated to several key areas: core AI protocol development, AI-powered risk control systems, comprehensive security audits, global compliance initiatives, and the expansion of ecosystem partnerships. The project, which began development a year ago, aims to address persistent challenges in the crypto industry such as yield sustainability, risk response, reserve transparency, and governance efficiency.
TrueDAO is designed as a modular financial infrastructure rather than a single-chain application, offering liquidity management, reserve management, risk alerts, yield distribution, and governance support to global ecosystem projects. The fresh capital will enable the team to refine smart contracts, build AI-driven stress-testing and monitoring systems, implement real-time security measures and bug bounties, navigate multi-jurisdictional legal assessments, and release developer documentation.
SoLee, Head of Marketing at TrueDAO, emphasized that while the funding accelerates development, security, transparent governance, and genuine value creation remain the top priorities. Following the raise, the project plans to advance its testnet launch, security audits, developer tools, and ecosystem integrations, while gradually disclosing protocol operations and reserve data. Details on launch dates, token arrangements, and incentives will be revealed in official announcements, subject to applicable laws.
