The XRP community has taken to social media to clarify Ripple's publicly verifiable escrow holdings, dispelling outdated and conflicting figures. X user 'Saul' highlighted the confusion and shared a current snapshot showing 32.4 billion XRP in escrow. Hussein Zangana, director of community at the XRP Ledger Foundation (known as Vet), validated the data using XRPScan, the popular XRPL explorer.
According to the screenshot, the network's circulating supply stands at 67,526,265,430 XRP, with 14,365,934 XRP burned and 32,445,002,702 XRP escrowed. Vet also noted Ripple's increased transparency: the company added all its public operation accounts and addresses to its XRPL toml file, validated by Ripple's UNL validator signature. This includes 20 XRP escrow accounts, validator nodes, and an RLUSD issuer address.
