Nasdaq-listed digital infrastructure firm Hyperscale Data has increased its Bitcoin holdings to 1,106.0467 BTC as of July 27, 2026. The company confirmed that its wholly owned subsidiaries, Sentinum and Ault Capital Group, collectively hold the full balance, which was valued at approximately $71.7 million based on Bitcoin's closing price of $64,784 that day.
Between July 20 and July 27, Ault Capital Group acquired roughly 15 BTC on the open market, lifting reserves from 1,087.4527 BTC reported on July 19. This accumulation marks a steady expansion from the 627.9 BTC held at the end of March, adding more than 460 BTC in under four months.
Executive Chairman Milton “Todd” Ault III emphasized the strategic importance of the growing treasury. “Every Bitcoin we acquire further strengthens Hyperscale Data’s balance sheet and expands our financial flexibility,” he said, adding that the reserves provide more options to fund growth and pursue strategic opportunities.
Hyperscale Data aims to build a $100 million digital asset treasury and achieve parity between its Bitcoin holdings and market capitalization. Notably, the company’s Bitcoin holdings now exceed its entire market cap of around $63 million. Ault highlighted this gap, noting that the market appears to assign no value to the firm’s cash, Michigan data center, and operating business portfolio.
The purchase fits into a broader trend of corporate Bitcoin adoption, mirroring the playbook of Strategy Inc. (formerly MicroStrategy). Hyperscale's disciplined buying continued during a week when Bitcoin traded in a range of $59,000 to $63,000, showing restraint rather than opportunistic timing. Meanwhile, market analysts pointed to key support levels between $62,000 and $65,000, and noted that low open interest and controlled leverage suggest a market reset rather than a breakdown.
