MemeToro has officially kicked off development of its AI-powered memecoin launchpad, committing foundational architecture and a public GitHub repository. The project aims to build an agent that continuously scans news, markets, and social sentiment to generate one complete memecoin concept every hour—including a name, ticker, reasoning, and a standardized launch manifest. Coinsult is leading the build, making every step of the design and coding process publicly auditable.
The timing aligns closely with BNB Chain’s aggressive infrastructure upgrades. In the first half of 2026, BSC reduced block intervals from 750ms to 450ms and boosted benchmark throughput from roughly 2,800 to 5,200 transactions per second. A further twofold increase is targeted via BEP-675, parallel execution, and dedicated channels. The upcoming Pasteur hard fork, scheduled for August 25, 2026 at 02:30 UTC, will optimize system contracts, validator handling, and builder-proposed block support—directly benefiting automated launch models like MemeToro’s.
MemeToro’s architecture will leverage this speed to support hourly token launches with fixed-rate public funding, wallet limits, and automatic liquidity creation. The contracts are being designed to execute launches transparently once funding thresholds are met, reducing the manipulation risks common in manual memecoin deployments. The agent itself remains imprecise, but the repository now includes the launch-manifest specification, a working example, security policy, roadmap, and contribution guide. The next milestone is building fair-launch contracts on the BNB testnet.
BNB Chain is also developing a next-generation Layer 1 targeting over 100,000 TPS, sub-50ms pre-confirmation, and sub-second finality, with testnet expected late 2026 and mainnet in early 2027. MemeToro is being designed for compatibility with this future AI Agent Chain, positioning it as a potential early mover. BSC currently hosts more than 31 million daily transactions, a stablecoin market cap above $14 billion, and a TVL exceeding $4.9 billion (up 13% in native terms). These metrics underscore the chain’s capacity to handle massive microtransaction volumes that an hourly launch model would demand.
MemeToro’s Stage 5 presale has raised $87,351.66 (71.02% filled) at a price of $0.00285 per $MT, versus a planned launch price of $0.01875. While development progress is tangible, contracts remain unaudited and key deliverables—including the trend-analysis pipeline and ERC-8004 integration—are still being built. The project’s public path from documentation to working code will determine whether it can turn its hourly launch concept into real network demand.
