Key takeaways:

  • Bybit's tokenized equity expansion could boost USDT demand as a settlement currency, reinforcing stablecoin liquidity in structured products.
  • Inclusion of Robinhood and Circle tokens signals deepening integration between crypto-native exchanges and traditional finance ecosystems.
  • Non-principal-protected structures expose crypto portfolios to equity market downturns, demanding heightened risk management from investors.

Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange, has expanded its xStocks Dual Asset offering with four new tokenized equities: METAx, TSLAx, HOODx, and CRCLx. The move, announced on August 7, 2026, brings the total number of xStock pairs available in the structured yield product to ten, responding to what Bybit describes as strong user demand.

The newly integrated tokens represent shares of Meta (formerly Facebook), Tesla, Robinhood, and Circle, spanning sectors such as artificial intelligence, electric vehicles, fintech, and stablecoins. Users can now trade the pairs METAXUSDT, TSLAXUSDT, HOODXUSDT, and CRCLXUSDT, joining the existing roster that includes tokenized stocks of SpaceX, NVIDIA, Apple, Alphabet, Coinbase, and Amazon.

Since the initial launch of xStocks Dual Asset, NVIDIA-related tokenized shares have attracted the highest user demand, while SpaceX tokens have recorded the most trading volume, underscoring interest in this product type. Bybit’s Dual Asset is a non-principal-protected investment tool that lets users select an asset pair, investment period, and target price. Settlement depends on whether the price hits the target at maturity, and the product carries regional restrictions and eligibility requirements.

“As tokenization of real-world assets continues to gain traction across the industry, Bybit’s expanded support for xStocks in Dual Asset reflects growing crypto-native interest in accessing traditional equities through familiar, on-chain mechanisms,” the exchange stated. Bybit was the first centralized exchange to offer tokenized stocks as underlying assets for a structured yield product.
