HONG KONG, Aug. 21, 2026 — BiFu, an all-asset trading platform, has completed the build-out of its Wealth suite, combining two product lines under a single account: a Wealth product line offering five funds managed by licensed asset management institutions, and an RWA line bringing tokenized private-market equity on-chain.
The launch comes as on-chain real-world assets reach roughly $38 billion in total value, according to RWA.xyz. Asset holders have surpassed 2 million, up more than 60% in 30 days, while asset issuers number 281. US Treasuries account for about $14.7 billion of the RWA market, though commodities, private credit, equities and alternative funds sit closer to the medium-to-high end of the risk spectrum.
The Wealth product line features five funds rated Medium Risk, with entry points tiered from 1,000 to 20,000 USDT. The FX Stable Return Fund targets 8.00% to 10.00% annualized returns through FX and precious metals strategies managed via Trivesta Group. The Gold Spot Enhanced Fund uses gold spot holdings plus dynamic options yield enhancement and is managed by Duxton Asset Management. The Ark One Quantitative Fund is the only digital-asset underlying product, combining arbitrage and timing enhancement, managed by Wellspring Asset Management with Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (Singapore) as co-manager. The Stable Yield Fixed Income Fund uses a MAS-regulated VCC structure to invest in supply chain finance assets, while the HKEX Anchor Investment Flagship Fund participates in offline anchor placements of Hong Kong IPOs.
BiFu’s RWA Project List includes three investable projects: the StepFun Equity Project, the Sunrise Equity Project, and the Musk Unicorn Opportunities Fund. Minimum subscriptions range from $15,000 to $50,000, with scale caps up to $10 million. BiFu says these products convert private-market allocations that once started at a million dollars into stablecoin-sized shares.
Under BiFu’s roadmap, asset issuers will move through asset tokenization, market trading and investment allocation. The platform says its support spans compliance architecture, smart contracts and full-cycle issuance services. BiFu frames the Wealth suite as part of a broader shift: exchanges are moving from matching trades to organizing assets and sourcing institutional-grade structures for retail-accessible shares.
