Jiang Zhuoer, founder of BTC.TOP and one of China’s most prominent cryptocurrency miners, has sharply reversed his earlier bearish stance, saying he is now 90% certain the bear market is over and that Ethereum could outperform Bitcoin in the current cycle.
Jiang admitted his previous bear market prediction was largely wrong. He repurchased Ethereum he had previously sold at prices between $1,738 and $1,931, placing a stop-loss at $2,100. As ETH moved higher, he sold 50% of his spot ETH position at $2,525 in an attempt to predict a local peak, while setting a stop-loss at $2,550 for that trade.
More notably, Jiang said he plans to deploy about 20–30% of his remaining reserve funds into Ethereum. If Bitcoin drops to the $67,000–$72,000 range, he intends to use the rest of those reserves to buy more ETH. If Bitcoin does not reach that range, he said he will buy Ethereum at the current market price by the end of October at the latest.
Jiang acknowledged that predicting market peaks remains difficult because the crypto market is still in a strong uptrend. His positioning reflects both conviction in Ethereum’s relative strength and trader caution through stop-losses. He emphasized that his comments are not investment advice.
