Tron Inc. shares extended their rally after the Nasdaq-listed company increased its TRX treasury and the underlying TRON blockchain crossed 400 million total accounts. The stock closed 7.49% higher at $2.01 in its latest session and has gained 26.42% over five trading days.
Tron Inc. also purchased another 145,002 TRX at an average price of about $0.3448, lifting its holdings above 711.2 million tokens. At current prices, the treasury is worth roughly $245 million.
Tron Inc. has accumulated TRX steadily since adopting its digital-asset treasury strategy in June 2025. By June 30, 2026, the company held more than 709 million TRX and reported a cumulative gain of approximately $15.8 million on its digital assets. The strategy resembles the corporate crypto-treasury model popularized by companies that hold large amounts of Bitcoin, although Tron Inc. is concentrating on TRX.
The company recently announced plans to seek election as one of TRON's 27 Super Representatives, which validate transactions, produce blocks and participate in network governance. According to the Nasdaq announcement, Super Representatives generated about 122 million TRX in block rewards during 2025.
Network activity remains substantial. TRONSCAN shows an average of about 4.64 million daily active accounts over the past 30 days, with several August sessions exceeding 5 million. Stablecoins remain a major source of that activity, particularly USDT transfers, helping distinguish network usage from purely speculative token trading.
TRX itself has moved more modestly than the stock, trading near $0.344 with a market capitalization around $32.6 billion. That divergence suggests investors are currently assigning Tron Inc. an additional premium for its treasury strategy and closer integration with the network.
