Zoomex, a global cryptocurrency derivatives exchange, concluded its official side event “Zoomex Summer Bay Party: Trade the Tide” on August 20, 2026 at Tropical Temptation Beach Club in Bali, Indonesia. The event was held alongside Coinfest Asia 2026, which ran from August 20 to 21 at Melasti Beach, Bali, where Zoomex participated as a Gold Sponsor.
The gathering brought together traders, builders, content creators, investors, community members, and ecosystem partners from Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asian region. The conference agenda covered digital asset infrastructure, trading, developer ecosystems, and regional partnerships.
The core industry session was a mini roundtable titled “Trading the Next Tide: Trust, Speed and the Next Wave of SEA Adoption,” moderated by Christian (@christianvctrs). Panelists included Fernando Lillo, Marketing Director at Zoomex; Indonesian crypto educator Michael Wyann; and crypto trader Andy Tjoeng. The discussion focused on trust through clear rules and transparent balances, execution stability and product usability, and localized education and community feedback for Southeast Asian users.
Fernando Lillo said: “Coinfest Asia allows us to hear direct, authentic feedback from traders, builders, and regional communities regarding their product experiences. While market conditions constantly evolve, user expectations remain clear: operations should be simpler, account and balance details should be transparent, and users deserve fair access to their earnings.”
The event opened with an Indonesian water drum performance and a Balinese fire dance, followed by networking and a DJ after party. Zoomex Global Brand Ambassador Emiliano Martínez greeted attendees via video, and a “Pass-the-Flag” challenge offered signed merchandise from Martínez and the TGR Haas F1 Team. Zoomex is the Official Cryptocurrency Exchange Partner of the TGR Haas F1 Team.
Founded in 2021, Zoomex serves over 3 million users across 35+ countries and regions, offering access to more than 700 trading pairs. The platform holds registrations including U.S. MSB, Canada MSB, U.S. NFA, and Australia AUSTRAC, and has completed security audits by Hacken. Zoomex says its approach emphasizes easy-to-use products, transparent balances, and fair access to earnings, and it plans to maintain active dialogue with Southeast Asian users and industry partners around derivative trading experiences and market access.
