Liminal, an institutional digital asset wallet and key-management infrastructure provider, announced on September 2, 2026 the launch of Liminal Prime, an enterprise software suite focused on stablecoin liquidity connectivity and institutional OTC trading. The Hong Kong-based company said the new offering is designed for locally licensed exchanges, financial institutions, payment providers, fintechs, market makers, corporate treasuries and OTC trading desks.
Liminal Prime consists of three independent modules. White-Glove OTC supports high-value, time-sensitive block trades via a dedicated dealing desk, with Liminal acting as principal counterparty where permitted. Electronic OTC (eOTC) offers GUI and API-driven access to streaming firm quotes for high-frequency flows. Bridge is a technology platform that lets institutions request quotes from and trade directly with their separately onboarded liquidity providers; Liminal is not a counterparty and takes no custody of assets.
The launch comes as institutions shift from custody concerns to operationalizing digital assets at scale. Rajesh Sabari, Liminal’s Chief Commercial Officer, said the “wallet question is largely settled” and clients now ask how to trade and manage liquidity without new counterparty risk or compliance gaps. Liminal says its underlying infrastructure has processed more than US$100 billion in on-chain transactions across over 20 blockchain networks for institutions in more than 12 countries.
White-Glove OTC and Electronic OTC are restricted in the UAE, India, Singapore and Taiwan, and Bridge is available subject to local regulatory requirements. Liminal positions the suite as the first step in a broader institutional infrastructure strategy spanning tokenization, cross-border payments and enterprise treasury management.
