Corporate Bitcoin treasury strategies are intensifying. Strategy CEO Phong Le has reaffirmed that the company will continue purchasing Bitcoin regardless of how high the price climbs. In a September 2, 2026 interview, Le said that even if Bitcoin surpasses its previous all-time high, Strategy will remain a net buyer. He also noted that Strategy had previously sold around 7,000 BTC for financial maneuvering, representing less than 1% of its holdings.
Meanwhile, Strive has hinted at another Bitcoin purchase after Chairman and CEO Matt Cole shared the company’s Bitcoin tracker on X with the message, “Wall-breaking season at Strive.” The signal follows a $143 million acquisition of 1,800 BTC between August 24 and August 28 at an average price of $79,431 per Bitcoin, including fees. That lifted Strive’s holdings from 21,356 BTC to 23,156 BTC, placing it fifth among publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holders ahead of Bullish. Its treasury is now worth roughly $1.8 billion.
The company added 1,110 BTC for about $81.5 million in the prior week, bringing two-transaction accumulation to 2,910 BTC for roughly $224.5 million. Strive has also regained financial flexibility as its SATA preferred shares returned to around their $100 par value, potentially reopening an at-the-market funding channel for additional purchases. Shares of ASST have climbed more than 78% in 2026 and recently traded above $27, reflecting rising investor appetite for Bitcoin-centric corporate treasuries.
