David Schwartz, also known as JoelKatz, said his XRP Ledger hub has fully recovered from the issues that followed a network-wide attack earlier this year. In a post on X, Schwartz wrote that all problems with his hub had been fixed and that it had been “rock solid for the past two weeks.” He added that two blank sections in recent monitoring charts were caused by problems with the monitoring system, not by the hub itself.
The update offers new insight into the July 2026 manifest-flood attack, which disrupted peer connectivity across the XRP Ledger without halting or forking the network. According to the data, Schwartz’s XRPL hub now holds 406 peers, close to its 401.12 average. During the July incident, the manifest flood caused mass peer drops, but peer and validator redundancy helped consensus continue while developers deployed hotfixes.
Recent hub data shows relatively stable peer connections and lower abuse-related disconnections, indicating that the network has largely normalized following the attack.
