  • This infrastructure push suggests structural, not speculative, yield demand; watch XDC and Zypher adoption metrics.

BASIS, an institutional-grade crypto yield and staking platform, announced on September 16, 2026, that it is expanding its on-chain infrastructure through a partnership with XDC Network, a collaboration with Zypher DAO, and the launch of its Auto Earn reward restaking feature for BTC, ETH, SOL, and PAXG participants.

The XDC Network partnership is aimed at connecting BASIS's market-neutral yield and staking infrastructure with XDC's EVM-compatible Layer-1 blockchain, which focuses on payments, trade finance, and real-world assets. The teams said they are exploring opportunities at the intersection of crypto yield, tokenized assets, and trade-finance ecosystems.

The collaboration with Zypher DAO, also known as Zypher Network, brings together BASIS's market-neutral yield infrastructure and Zypher's verifiable AI and zero-knowledge capabilities. Both teams are exploring possibilities across intelligent finance, verifiable execution, and on-chain asset management.

Additionally, BASIS launched Auto Earn, an automated process that restakes eligible unclaimed staking rewards into users' existing positions every Monday at 00:00 UTC. The feature only touches accrued-but-unclaimed rewards and does not create a new position, add a lock-up, reset the lock-up timer, or change the original maturity date or booster schedule. Auto Earn is enabled by default and can be toggled in account settings.

BASIS states that reward rates follow its live Dynamic Reward Rate (DRR), which varies with market conditions and is not fixed or guaranteed. The platform is operated by BASIS DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE LTD, a Seychelles-registered IBC, with execution research and risk design contributed by London-based Base58 Labs.
