Avalanche (AVAX) is attracting fresh institutional and technical interest after a series of high-profile network developments, with the token rebounding more than 6% over two days from short-term support near $7.20.
New York Life Investment Management, a global asset manager with over $800 billion in assets under management, launched the first Avalanche-based tokenized fund. The announcement is seen as a major step for Avalanche’s push into tokenized real-world assets and institutional-grade credit, including high-yield corporate bonds.
In parallel, blockchain infrastructure firm Paxos integrated with Avalanche, unlocking native USDC and AVAX access for institutional users. Avalanche said the integration should expand adoption by payment providers and support product development on the chain.
The COTI Foundation also deployed a privacy-on-demand stack on the Avalanche mainnet, adding optional privacy for assets and applications. The update aligns Avalanche with the stronger demand for privacy-focused crypto infrastructure.
Avalanche is also gaining real-world adoption traction through an integration with UAE PASS, the United Arab Emirates’ national digital identity system, which serves more than 11 million users. This could place Avalanche technology within government-backed digital identity infrastructure.
From a market perspective, AVAX spot ETFs recorded about $1.57 million in daily net inflows, bringing total net assets to roughly $40.27 million. While modest compared with larger crypto ETF markets, the return to positive flows suggests institutional demand may be rebuilding.
After briefly touching $7.61, AVAX pulled back to around $7.33, down about 2.66% over 24 hours. Analysts are watching the $7.20 support level closely. A hold above that level could allow another push toward the $7.80–$8.00 resistance zone. A higher-timeframe chart from analyst Sheldon Diedericks projects a longer-term recovery toward approximately $15.17, though AVAX must first clear resistance between $8 and $10.
If buyers fail to defend $7.20, the token could retest the $7.00 region and possibly the prior base near $6.00.
