Shiba Inu Shows Seller Exhaustion as Exchange Netflows Stabilize

1 hour ago 2 sources neutral

Key takeaways:

  • SHIB's 115T positive netflow met with buyer absorption signals potential seller fatigue, not immediate downside.
  • Watch $0.00000500-$0.00000520 support for SHIB; holding it could invite short-term momentum traders.
  • Rising SHIB transactions amid stable price suggest accumulation, yet neutral sentiment caps confirmed breakout.

Shiba Inu’s latest exchange-flow data suggests that the worst of the recent selling pressure may be easing, as the token's price has begun to stabilize after another volatile week.

According to the most recent on-chain snapshot, exchange inflows reached 465,652 billion SHIB, up 2.46% over the last day, while outflows totaled 350,424 billion SHIB. That leaves a positive netflow of approximately 115,228 billion SHIB. The average exchange inflow has also climbed to roughly 1,132 billion SHIB per transaction.

Typically, moving that much SHIB onto trading platforms would signal heightened sell-side risk. However, the token’s price is no longer reacting with the same weakness. On the daily chart, SHIB briefly fell below $0.00000480 before rebounding to around $0.00000537, producing a significant lower wick as the breakdown was aggressively bought.

Since then, SHIB has moved back above a cluster of shorter-term moving averages between $0.00000500 and $0.00000520. While this does not yet confirm a bullish reversal, it may indicate seller fatigue: the market is absorbing substantial exchange inflows without breaking down further.

Additional metrics point to stabilization. Total tokens transferred rose by 1.09% to roughly 3.006 trillion SHIB, transaction count increased by 0.96%, and transfer count rose by 1.03%. Network activity is therefore not deteriorating alongside recent price weakness. The setup is improving, but it remains more neutral-to-cautiously constructive than overtly bullish.
