Decrypt and Myriad have formally unveiled The Information Exchange, a Solana-based financial and intelligence market powered by the MYR token. The platform merges news, data, market prices, probabilities and direct participation, with Decrypt providing trusted media distribution and Myriad supplying the technology that connects information to trading. Solana will serve as the high-performance on-chain environment, while MYR acts as the shared coordination layer for users, creators, traders, publishers, liquidity providers, data providers and autonomous agents.
The announcement marks the next evolution of Myriad's prediction market experiment. The company said its prediction markets generated more than $600 million in volume, proving that passive content consumers can become active market participants. The Information Exchange will broaden this model beyond prediction markets to include spot markets, perpetual futures, structured event products and new financial instruments. Decrypt's media reach includes approximately 1.6 million monthly unique users, 3.7 million monthly page views and more than 73,000 active newsletter subscribers, along with hundreds of millions of social impressions. The rollout will be staggered over the coming weeks and lead into Solana Breakpoint.
MYR will be used for staking in network functions such as information verification and market resolution. Applications, trading systems, data consumers and autonomous agents can stake MYR to access API throughput, low-latency market data, probability feeds and execution services. The network plans to direct portions of economics toward open-market buybacks and burns, staking incentives, network rewards, treasury funding and ecosystem development. The project described the purpose as giving an expanding information network a common economic language rather than attaching a token to unrelated products.
Separately, XRP rebounded above $1.50 after Armada Acquisition Corp. II shareholders reportedly approved Evernorth’s merger proposal, advancing the Ripple-backed company's planned Nasdaq listing under the ticker XRPN. Bear Champ, an XRPL collaborator, said on X that he listened to the shareholder meeting and the vote passed. XRP traded around $1.51, up roughly 1.89% on Sep. 30, after falling below $1.47 earlier in the session. The merger remains subject to remaining closing and listing conditions.
Evernorth's disclosures indicate the combined company expects to hold at least 473,276,430 XRP at closing, including token purchases and commitments from transaction participants. The figure combines contributions rather than representing a planned sale. Ripple separately agreed to contribute 126,791,458 XRP. Evernorth also disclosed a conditional $30 million convertible note financing with 4% annual interest, maturing in 2031 and signed with NH Investment & Securities Co. as trustee. The SEC declared Evernorth's Form S-4 registration effective on Aug. 27. Evernorth plans to allocate capital to XRP-based infrastructure and pursue treasury strategies intended to increase XRP per share. It previously purchased about 84.37 million XRP for $214 million in November 2025 at an average price of about $2.5366 per token.
