Tokenized financial products recorded a sharp expansion in onchain assets under management over the past 90 days, according to data highlighted by @tokenterminal. Spiko’s eurSAFO and eurSAFOd products alone added $1.1 billion in combined onchain AUM, reflecting growing demand for accessible, regulated tokenized financial instruments. Spiko focuses on giving European investors access to risk-free rates in leading currencies, and its AUM calculation reflects actual liquidity pool balances minus outstanding loans.
Stellar emerged as a leader in the tokenized fund sector, with an onchain AUM increase of $757.5 million over the same 90-day window. That placed it ahead of Solana, which recorded a $670 million rise, and Arbitrum One, which added $193.2 million. The performance underscores Stellar’s infrastructure advantages, including adherence to the SEP-40 standard, and reflects broader institutional movement toward digital asset management and tokenization strategies.
Although Stellar’s immediate trading volume remained thin, the sizable AUM growth suggests strong underlying demand for tokenized assets. The wider trend points to a potential shift in how financial products are utilized within crypto, with regulatory developments and further innovation likely to influence the pace of adoption.
