KuCoin, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, has officially launched its first major live activation under its global partnership with the Tomorrowland music festival. The event took place at Tomorrowland Winter 2026 in Alpe d'Huez, France, bringing the exchange's "Guided into the Future" campaign to life through immersive on-site experiences.
The activation featured a significant visual presence across the festival mountain, including the appearance of 12 "KuCoin Guardians" and the opening of a dedicated KuCoin Base Point in the Main Festival Area. These elements were designed to translate KuCoin's brand philosophy of community, creativity, and trust into a live festival setting, creating new engagement avenues for attendees.
Concurrently, KuCoin announced the Tomorrowland Limited-Edition KuCard, a special collaborative virtual Visa payment card. The card features a festival-inspired design with luminous green particle motifs that reflect Tomorrowland's signature artistic themes of light, motion, and futurism. An early-access waitlist for the card was made available at the KuCoin Base Point during the festival.
This activation marks a strategic move by KuCoin to connect with a global audience through music and culture, emphasizing shared values of connection and trust. The exchange, founded in 2017 and serving over 40 million users, continues to expand its brand footprint under CEO BC Wong, holding SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 security certifications.
