Aligned has launched $ALIGN, the native token of its full-stack Ethereum infrastructure ecosystem, with listings on major exchanges. The announcement was made on August 20, 2026, from Montevideo, Uruguay.
The project is designed to give fintechs, institutions, and enterprises a single integration for wallets, rollups, interoperability, and zero-knowledge services, reducing the need to assemble separate vendors. Aligned says less than one percent of the world’s assets are onchain, and its stack aims to make building financial products on Ethereum a single decision rather than a systems-integration project.
Aligned has been developed in close collaboration with LambdaClass, a contributor to Ethereum ecosystem projects including Starknet, zkSync, Polygon Miden, and EigenCloud. Its Proof Aggregation Service is live on mainnet alpha, while a Wallet-as-a-Service MVP has already launched. Rollup-as-a-Service, the LambdaVM zero-knowledge virtual machine, and an interoperability protocol remain in development.
$ALIGN has a fixed supply of 10 billion tokens, with roughly 16% circulating at launch. The token will be used as an option to pay for services across the Aligned stack. The Genesis airdrop was distributed across developers, researchers, Discord and Galxe communities, and contributors such as Protocol Guild, L2BEAT, ZachXBT, and ZK Podcast, as well as holders of ecosystem tokens including Starknet, Mina, zkSync, Polygon, Scroll, Taiko, and EigenCloud. The token is an ERC-20 asset on Ethereum and is also available on Base.
