Key takeaways:

  • Bybit's AI-theme campaign bridges crypto derivatives with TradFi earnings, attracting cross-market traders.
  • NVIDIA and Oracle earnings will likely drive volume in Bybit's AI stock perps.
  • Gamified incentives may boost retail engagement but add risk if AI sentiment cools.

Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has launched “Build Your AI Future City”, a gamified campaign connecting AI market themes with its TradFi perpetual contracts. Running from August 20 to September 20, 2026, the promotion offers eligible users a combined prize pool of up to $300,000, with individual rewards reaching $2,500.

The campaign features six AI-themed digital landmarks representing SanDisk, NVIDIA, Marvell, Dell, Oracle and Adobe, all prominent players in the AI and semiconductor supply chain and scheduled to report earnings in August and September. Prizes are paid out as position airdrops on the TradFi perpetual contracts for those companies on Bybit.

Users can participate across three segments: “Build Your City” rewards completing tasks and collecting all six landmarks with a $1,000 Genesis Grand Prize for the first 500 qualifying users; “Grow Your City” distributes up to $20,000 among the top 200 referrers; and “Citizen Bonus” offers additional referral rewards of up to $32 per user. The initiative also ties into Bybit’s broader TradFi and real-world asset strategy, which includes more than 400 CFD assets and over 200 TradFi perpetual trading pairs across equities, ETFs, precious metals and crude oil.
