Dogecoin has regained bullish momentum on the four-hour chart, but traders now face a decisive test near $0.0941. After climbing from $0.0691 and reaching the $0.09 region, DOGE was trading near $0.0904 at the time of reporting. The 20 EMA provided support around $0.0890, while the 0.618 Fibonacci retracement at $0.0887 reinforced the bullish technical structure.
The immediate challenge remains the $0.0941 resistance level, with $0.0950 and the psychological $0.1000 mark as the next upside targets. Rising open interest signals renewed participation, but increasing leverage also raises the risk of sharp liquidations. Persistent outflows could cap DOGE’s recovery unless buying pressure strengthens.
On-chain data shared by Ali Charts from Glassnode URPD showed a major DOGE support zone near $0.081, where approximately 30 billion DOGE previously changed hands. A secondary accumulation cluster was identified near $0.0739, while the next significant on-chain concentration sits near $0.177. Ali Charts noted that holding $0.081 remains the critical condition for the bullish structure.
On the daily chart, DOGE broke above a descending resistance trendline that had capped recovery attempts since mid-June. Trading volume expanded significantly during the breakout, with more than 609 million DOGE changing hands. The RSI reached about 77.97, and the MACD produced a bullish crossover with growing positive histogram bars. Perpetual liquidation data from Coinglass showed a sharp spike during the rally, with liquidations approaching $28 million as DOGE pushed toward $0.10 before retreating to around $0.0896.
