Solana recorded $348 million in net real-world asset inflows over a 30-day period, lifting its tokenized RWA value to $720 million. According to RWA.xyz data, the activity reflects capital moving into tokenized Treasuries, credit products, and other real-world asset structures rather than meme-token liquidity or purely speculative trading volume.
On the revenue side, Solana led August onchain application revenue with $143 million, roughly 38% of about $375.5 million tracked across major chains. That exceeded the combined application revenue of Hyperliquid, Ethereum, and BSC, which posted approximately $55.66 million, $47.1 million, and $34.7 million respectively. Solana's application revenue increased from around $82.9 million in July, while non-vote transactions reached 5.2 billion during the month.
Short-term SOL price action remained under pressure. SOL traded near $104.96, down about 0.92% over 24 hours with daily volume close to $3.62 billion. Buyers defended support around $104.0 to $104.3, but the $105.5 zone and the $106.8 to $107 area acted as resistance. Exchange netflow data showed active capital rotation, with Binance recording the largest negative reading near $9.12 million, while OKX, Bitget, Gate, and others registered smaller mixed flows.
The RWA momentum adds a more institutional-style use case to Solana beyond retail trading, though the report cautions that inflows do not confirm broad institutional adoption or guarantee capital retention if yields or market conditions shift.
