Key takeaways:

  • Absence of direct token allocation makes this AI-Web3 narrative play, not near-term catalyst.
  • Vinassa's cybersecurity-AI convergence thesis could lift demand for Web3 security infrastructure tokens.
  • Crypto traders should watch for venture follow-through, not chase headlines lacking concrete blockchain allocations.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, September 10th, 2026 — Tech entrepreneur and angel investor Alessio Vinassa announced the expansion of his investment framework focused on the convergence of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. The approach draws on lessons from his earlier financial collapse, when approximately €180,000 was due while only about €2,200 remained in his bank account.

Vinassa has more than fifteen years of operating and investment experience and has backed more than 40 ventures across cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, Web3 and innovative finance. He argues that AI and cybersecurity are becoming increasingly intertwined, and that businesses must treat security as a foundation for trust rather than an addition after technology adoption.

“AI should amplify executive judgment, not replace it,” Vinassa said. He added: “Good governance makes companies faster, not slower.” His framework evaluates whether technology solves meaningful problems, can be adopted consistently, and is supported by governance capable of handling expansion.

Vinassa is also developing these ideas in his book, No One Is Coming: The Mental Operating System for Leaders Under Pressure, which examines how leaders make consequential decisions when certainty is unavailable.
