Binance Adds Cash Dividend Support for Five Leveraged ETF bStocks

Key takeaways:

  • Binance's USDT dividends for leveraged bStocks signal tokenized equities maturing beyond synthetic price tracking.
  • Traders should watch bStock premiums as dividend support may reduce tracking drift.
  • TQQQ and SQQQ holders still face volatility decay despite Binance's new dividend support.

Binance is broadening corporate-action support across its tokenized stock product lineup, adding cash dividend distributions for five leveraged ETF bStocks: SOXL, SOXS, MUU, TQQQ and SQQQ. The initial September 23, 2026 announcement focused on SOXL, which tracks the Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3X Shares product. A follow-up announcement on September 24, 2026 extended similar dividend support to SOXS, MUU, TQQQ and SQQQ.

Eligible holders will receive cash distributions in USDT, credited directly to their spot accounts based on qualifying balances on the relevant record date. Binance said the move is intended to make tokenized equities behave more like the underlying instruments, rather than functioning only as synthetic price trackers. Corporate actions such as dividends can otherwise cause token wrappers to drift from the economic performance of the assets they represent.

The exchange also clarified that receiving dividend distributions does not make bStocks holders conventional registered shareholders. Holders will not receive voting rights, proxy materials, or direct registration in the issuer's shareholder records. Still, the expanded corporate-action support marks another step toward making tokenized equities more operationally complete as investment products.
