BNB is trading around $730–$745 in late October 2026 after briefly testing the $750 area, as market participants weigh the impact of BNB Chain's 37th quarterly auto-burn against key technical resistance.
On October 19, BNB Chain permanently removed 1,646,196.44 BNB tokens, valued at approximately $1.197 billion at the time of the announcement. The BNB Foundation said the remaining total supply stood at 131,512,085 tokens. Former Binance CEO CZ reposted the announcement, confirming the burn. The auto-burn is part of BNB’s long-term plan to reduce total supply to 100 million tokens, using factors such as BNB price and block production on BNB Smart Chain. The tokens were sent to an inaccessible burn address.
According to CryptoSlate, the number of tokens removed increased about 1.9% compared with the July burn, while the reported dollar value rose 28.5%, largely because of a higher implied value per token. The supply reduction supports BNB’s deflationary design, but the burn does not guarantee immediate price gains; demand, trading activity and selling pressure remain important factors.
Market analyst Alex Marzell described the $750 area as a potential “make or break zone” near the top of BNB’s multi-month trading range. A sustained move above that level could strengthen the case for a recovery toward previous highs and possibly new all-time highs. On October 22, immediate resistance was placed near $752.78, with support around $722.52. The daily relative strength index was about 45, below the neutral 50 level, suggesting momentum had not yet turned strongly bullish.
Analyst TokenTalk3x identified the $680–$695 region as a potential demand zone if BNB retreats, with a possible recovery target of $850 if buyers defend the area. However, that target is conditional on price reaction and improving momentum. A separate TradingView analysis by AnhbaCong_ presented a more bearish daily head-and-shoulders pattern, with the head near $815 and the neckline around $700. In that scenario, rejection near $748 and declining volume during the right shoulder could increase the risk of a decline toward $600 if the neckline breaks with sustained selling. The analyst also outlined a short setup with a stop-loss above $748.39, though this is a trading strategy rather than a confirmed outcome.
Overall, BNB’s next move depends on whether price can break above $750–$753 or loses the $700 level. A confirmed breakout could bring higher resistance levels and the $850 target into focus, while a neckline breakdown would increase the chance of a deeper correction.
